You are to gather information which will either
confirm or disprove information already flowing
into the Kaisers office concerning the
complicated nature of this war in which we find
ourselves.

• A deputy in the Kaisers office has given you
  a scrap of paper with some hastily scrawled
  questions on it concerning the war.
• It will be your job to answer these questions
  as completely as possible in the time available.
• Place the questions with your answers in your
  trench journal.

• Remember this is a covert operation.
  Military information is worth a lot of money on
  the open market and could change the outcome of
  the war. Take care to conceal your information
  as it is being passed to Fraulein Morano .
• After gathering your information please
  conceal your papers ( your trench journal ) in
  some kind of deceptive protective covering.
• You might place your journal inside a German
  restaurant menu glue it to the inside of a
  folded map of Germany or France secrete it
  inside a hollowed-out book conceal it within a
  folded newspaper or hidden in something
  unexpected disguise it as an old perfumed love
  letter in an envelope tuck it into the rim of a
  soldiers cap or bake it in a loaf of bread.
• Fraulein Morano will collect all information
  and deliver it to the Kaisers offices. Be sure
  to answer your questions in complete
  grammatically correct sentences ( for easy
  decoding ).
